Our Fresh service is ideal for shipments that do not require continuous temperature control: fruits and vegetables, flowers, plants, fish, seafood, meat and dairy products.
Our many years of experience in shipping perishable and temperature-sensitive goods are consolidated in this service. Proper handling and coordinated transport processes are designed to ensure that your goods reach their destination in unchanged quality. For the preservation of freshness, your products are stored in pre-specified temperature ranges - subject to local facilities. Additionally, documented temperature checks are carried out upon initial acceptance of the cargo (shipment temperature) as well as in the Perishable Centers (storage temperature), such as at our large transit hub in Frankfurt. The Fresh service is offered as td.Pro Fresh, td.Flash Fresh and as our long-established Fresh-to-Door delivery (for selected destinations within Europe).

Shipments are transported in temperature-regulated freight holds – where possible and depending on the aircraft type. The crew is informed about the type of goods and the relevant temperature requirements by means of a standardized briefing form.
Delivered fresh – Fresh-to-Door.
For an extension of the temperature chain through to the consignee: Fresh-to-Door transportation is offered in cool trucks via our transit hub in Frankfurt to destinations across Europe. Time definite delivery times enable you to plan your transport chain with precision.
